Our 1911 built little townhouse is located in the heart of Berlin - the unique area named "Prenzlauer Berg" which is known for the big variety of restaurants, cafes and little parks. The 45qm property has one living- and bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one modern kitchen. It was totally renovated in 2017.
Enjoy our bright and modern rooms or relax in the your private cosy garden.
The tiny townhouse is appareled with free high-speed WI-FI, one Ipad and a Bose sound system, which all our guests can enjoy. For your comfort tea/coffee/water and wine/beer are available free of charge. Fresh towels, and one big bed with two mattresses will make you feel like home. Cosy bed linen are provided for your stay.
The house is available for max. 3 adults and one baby. A FREE baby bed can be ordered in advance.
